Greta Trefalt is an international lecturer and teacher of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, Sports Science. Her passion is dance, exploring the connection between movement and stillness of the body, mind and emotion. Finding the key to unlock energy while creating the JOY inside and outside of You.

My greatest Love is love for Nature. Planet Earth is my inspiration.
Curiosity has led me around the globe. It answers to my questions. Living as citizen of the world has contains uncertainty and challenges. But every step of it was worth it because it was my journey. It is the path to fill my purpose and dream.
The greatest reward has been meeting extraordinary people with great mind and fearless hearts, the incredible worlds famous cousins and amazing ancient civilisation and magic of synchronicity.
My Passion and expertise lie in pursuit of healthy and wholesome habits. This creates the space of Joy within YOU. With dance, movement and stillness. Seeking Balance of Internal and external. Aligning, light, joy, energy.
2020 was the year of exciting journey without passport, suitcase and ticket.
That was my travel Inside of Me. I have deep dive beyond fear and darkness.
