Pilates for stamina and strength

Pilates classes are dedicated to the core foundation of Your Body stamina and strength  Pillars of the practice.
The exercise helps to build and maintain strength, endurance, and toning of the body. Practitioners are establishing the foundation of the body structure, engaging internal muscle gaining strength and stamina. Holding correct posture, mindful repetition, and finding the balance of the body as well as balancing of opposite muscle groups will work on the micro-level in the body. As much we focus on core abdominal, we will focus on strengthening the back, arms, and legs working with light resistance.
