Flow Yoga with elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga classes will first begin by activating the power points of the body (Chakras). Creating the flow of energy cultivates body and mind staying still yet alert, with the attention on breathing. This will be followed by relaxation of the whole body, allowing the fresh breath to create new energy. The yoga positions (Asanas) involve stretching the whole body, massaging internal organs, recharging energy, and helping body systems to maintain better natural function. Yoga helps lubricate the joints which increase mobility and flexibility. Embedding yoga practice into your daily or weekly routine will help to maintain a healthy skeletal, muscular, hormonal, and cardiovascular system and make a new neurological path that works on a Deep Cellular level, Increasing and gaining mobility, flexibility, and agility.
